This home was purchased by Hubbard & Co. and will be restored and offered for sale. The property is the former manse to the United Church (originally Methodist), and dates to around 1870.

At this time we have removed interior finishes. We have reframed a new roof complete with 35 year designer shingles. The windows have been replaced with 6 over 6 retrofit units. The soffit, fascia and frieze boards have also been replaced.
