This home, built ca. 1820, has been our most challenging project to date. The building had been vacant for several years prior to us undertaking its complete restoration. Because of severe frost damage most of the home had to be re-built. All interior finishes were carefully salvaged.

This four month project involved the following work:

• Demolition and salvage from original stone house
• Tear down and rebuild two stone walls
• Design / build period addition
• New windows
• New services: electrical, plumbing, septic and well
• Insulation: plaster, trim and finishing
