This addition was designed by Brad Hubbard, and the trim was manufactured in the Hubbard and Co. shops in Spencerville. Additional work included complete repointing, new standing seam metal roof, and porch restoration.

"Old becomes New" or "New becomes Old". Inspired by the old estates of Normandy France. This home was designed and built to replicate an estate that may have been built over several generations. There are subtle changes in the style of stonework. The roof is simulated slate. Parapets were copied from originals found on an early home in Perth Ontario. Herringbone pattern to the flooring in the library. Stone stairs lead to a lower level and future wine cellar.

The millwork was manufactured in our shops in Spencerville. An enjoyable project for a very co-operative group of neighbors.
