This circa 1860 home required additional space for a growing family – and for Dad's pool table. Hubbard & Co. assisted in developing a design that complemented the historic style of the home, while meeting the client's budget.

The project took about three months to complete. It includes about 1200 square feet of living space. The addition is finished in a board and batten exterior. The interior boasts reproduction trim and a period style wet bar.
