Located north of Merrickville, Ontario, this home had been vacant for many years prior to being completely restored by Hubbard & Co. Although the home had fallen into disrepair, most of its original features were intact. This four month project involved the following work:

• Stabilization of the stone foundation
• Re-pointing of the exterior
• Replacement of sill beams, a new cedar shingle roof complete with copper flashing
• New services: electrical, plumbing, septic and well
• Design / build period addition
• Insulation, plaster, trim and finishing
